Our 60-day guarantee
Our book, The Feeling Session, and our seven-evening course, Lighter, come with a 60-day guarantee. If it isn’t right for you, for any reason, you get a full refund.
How to ask
Within 60 days of your purchase, email help@thebirthletter.com from the email address you ordered with, or tell us that address in your message. No questions, no forms.

What happens next
The refund goes back to the card or account you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. When a course is refunded, access to its evenings ends.
Who you are buying from
Checkout and delivery are handled by The Birth Letter, our project, run by the same company, MB “Violetinis rytas”. That is why your receipt and your book or course emails come from The Birth Letter, and the charge on your card statement appears as THEBIRTHLETTER.
