The terms that govern use of Infeeling and Feeling.app.
These terms explain how the service works, what responsibilities come with using it, how payments and credits are handled, what is prohibited, and where to contact us if something is unclear.
1. General Provisions
Using the website means agreeing to these terms.
These Terms of Service govern the use of the website infeeling.com and the connected product Feeling.app. By using the website or the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the website or the service.
2. Service Description
This is guided emotional support, not clinical care.
Feeling.app is an AI-powered emotional support platform connected to the wider world of Infeeling. Depending on the part of the service you use, it may include a personal AI assistant for reflective guidance, daily messages and inspiration, voice conversation features when available, and pathways into deeper work.
This service is not professional psychological, psychiatric, or medical help. It offers reflective emotional support and guidance, but it does not replace a licensed psychologist, psychiatrist, or other healthcare professional. If you are experiencing serious mental health issues or an emergency, seek professional help immediately.
3. Registration and Account
You are responsible for your account and your access.
- You must be at least 16 years of age to use the service.
- You must provide a valid and working email address.
- Your password must meet security requirements.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
- You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
- Sharing your account with other people is prohibited.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, use the service for illegal purposes, or deliberately attempt to harm the system or other users.
4. Credits and Payments
Credits are digital value inside the service.
- Credits are purchased through our payment partner.
- Prices are shown on the checkout page and may change.
- Purchased credits are added to the account immediately after purchase.
- Text and voice responses consume credits according to the selected response depth.
- Purchased credits remain valid indefinitely while the account is active.
- If an account is deleted, unused credits are forfeited.
Credits are a digital product and their value depends on operating costs connected to the AI service.
5. Refunds and Cancellation
Because credits are delivered immediately, standard withdrawal rights are limited.
Under EU consumer rights directives and Lithuanian Civil Code Article 6.22810, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that is delivered immediately and already made available for use.
Refunds may still be available in specific cases, including technical errors, double charging, or service unavailability caused by our fault.
- Send refund requests to help@feeling.app within 14 days of purchase.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
- If a refund is approved, the corresponding credits will be deducted from the account.
6. Prohibited Actions
The service may not be used to harm, deceive, or abuse.
- Using the service for illegal purposes.
- Attempting to deceive or manipulate the AI system.
- Distributing malware or malicious software.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
- Impersonating other people.
- Sending spam or automated abusive queries.
- Reselling or transferring the service to others without permission.
7. Intellectual Property
Our design and product are protected. Your conversations remain yours.
The website design, branding, logos, text, and software are the property of MB VIOLETINIS RYTAS and are protected by copyright and related laws.
- AI-generated responses are intended for personal use only.
- You may save and use responses for your personal needs.
- Mass copying, distribution, or resale of AI-generated content for commercial purposes is prohibited.
- Your submitted questions and conversations remain your property, while you grant us a limited license to use that data in order to provide and improve the service.
8. Limitation of Liability
The service is offered as reflective support, not guaranteed truth or medical advice.
The service is provided “as is,” except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular situation. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI outputs, for the interpretation of AI responses, or for harm arising from reliance on them.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the previous 12 months.
9. Service Changes
We may evolve the product over time.
- We may change features and pricing with advance notice.
- We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or technical reasons.
- We may discontinue the service with 30 days’ notice to users.
If the service is discontinued, unused credits will be proportionally refunded where required.
10. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Lithuanian law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
- We first try to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation within 30 days.
- If that fails, disputes are handled by the courts of the Republic of Lithuania according to the company’s registered address.
- Consumers in the EU may also use the ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms when the service changes.
We may modify these terms from time to time. Significant changes may be communicated by email to registered users or by a notice on the website. Continued use of the service after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
